These people are awesome. Ill come by to get my tires pumped up for free. They try to get me deals, and I’ve never felt stupid when they tell me what’s wrong with my car. Like they make it easier to understand because let’s be honest, I have no idea. I think Nissan is the best car. which it is! It’s cheap, and fast. Anyways I like them. Def recommend

Here is my honest observation: Service/Staff: 5 I have been coming here for many years now. Staff has come and go and only a few core people still work there. Their overall customer service seems to be decent and several of them are very good. I am giving them a 5 for the staff members who normally assisted me. Communication: 3 A few years back, I was quite upset at this location during one incident. I was there to get something repaired. I waited for hours. During the whole time, no one said anything about they were simply waiting on a part. A clear communication would go a long way. Policy: 2 I got my oil change a week ago and then literally received a coupon in the mail... They just told me that there is nothing they can do. I understand that policy part since I worked in retail for over 20 years, yet that is simply not the best customer service. Stop sending me these coupons if I can't use it. Repair work: 4 They fixed every problem I ever went in for, so I don't have any complaints on that. Pricing: 3 After going to several different auto shops in town, they do seem to offer a more competitive pricing - not the cheapest, but not the most expensive either. Total score: 3.4

I am always happy with the service received. Excellent customer service. Omar went above and beyond and honestly exceeded all aspects of the service I went in for. He and his team have spent their time figuring out the issue with my car, being respectful of my time, explaining everything and resolving a problem the dealership could not even offer a good solution on. They were kind, trustworthy, honest and more than fair in all of the dealings I have had. 100% recommend! I have been going here for years and have always had a good experience.

Garcia Gerardo does an excellent job, especially representing this Big O Tires location. He is attentive, productive, straightforward and thorough. The process was smooth from start to finish because he communicates clearly and provides details for the customer’s understanding. I have had many experiences with service advisors and he is by far the most reliable and knowledgeable. I am very grateful to the mechanic, Riley Nickels, that did the physical labor on our car. He took the time to make sure everything was functioning properly. Everything was in tact and final results met my expectations. Our car drove noticeably and significantly better than when I dropped it off for the initial repairs. We will go to this shop from now on because my experience was very pleasant. Additionally, the inside of this location is clean, spacious and tidy. 5 stars for you guys!

You've heard me talk on @now97.9 how great they ARE, the team you trust, @bigotiresslc moved mountains to get me back on the road today.
